Method of preparation: 1 tablespoon of crushed leaves is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, close the lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Take inside 1 / 4-1 / 3 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. Shake the infusion before use.
