Use in diseases of the upper respiratory tract, cough, pneumonia, tuberculosis, as well as to improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
Icelandic moss is used in the form of cough tea, as a means to rinse the mouth and throat with gum disease and inflammation of the tonsils, as well as for treating light wounds.
Method of preparation: 1 tbsp. pour a spoonful of raw materials into two glasses (200 ml each) of boiling water. Insist 30 minutes, filter and take 0.5 cups 4 times a day before meals.
Contraindications: not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, individual intolerance.
