Application: use for neurastinia, neurosis, stress, polyarthritis, radiculitis, eczema, ulcers, and also as a choleretic agent. Rosemary infusions are widely used as a tonic for impotence, have an analgesic effect for indigestion and heart diseases, as well as an external remedy for such ailments as rheumatism, mumps, and neuritis.
Method of preparation: 1 tbsp. pour a spoonful of crushed sheet with 1 cup (200 ml) boiling water, leave for 1:00, take 1/3 cup of infusion 3 times a day before meals (as directed by a doctor).
Contraindications: pregnancy and lactation, individual intolerance. Rosemary should be used very carefully for people suffering from hypertension and hypersensitivity to the skin.
